Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Multi‑Country Business Planning & Growth Execution
    Partner closely with ISR teams across multiple countries within the GTAP region (including but not limited to Malaysia and Singapore) to expand the Visuals & Accessories business by identifying and prioritizing high‑potential customers, driving attach opportunities, and supporting sustainable regional revenue growth.

  2. Regional Sales Enablement & Attach Performance Management
    Drive improved attach performance across the assigned multi‑market ISR coverage by enabling ISR teams through structured sales support, including tracking attach rates, quote and order load, customer pitching, and coordinated responses to RFPs, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes across countries.

  3. Pipeline Management & Revenue Conversion (Regional Scope)
    Analyze and manage sales pipelines across multiple countries to ensure strong pipeline hygiene, sufficient coverage, and high conversion from funnel to revenue, using data‑driven insights to guide actions and improve regional performance consistency.

  4. Quarterly and Monthly Regional Execution
    Engage consistently with Segment ISR teams-and where appropriate, customers-across the supported countries to drive Visuals & Accessories attach performance through structured monthly and quarterly execution activities.

  5. Cross‑Country Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Reviews
    Build strong partnerships with ISR Leads and key stakeholders across different markets by conducting regular monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying performance gaps, and driving continuous improvement initiatives at a regional level.

  6. Regional Growth Initiatives & Program Leadership
    Co‑create, lead, and track segment‑specific and country‑specific growth initiatives in collaboration with Segment and Category Leads, ensuring clear ownership, execution discipline, and progress tracking across markets.

  7. Training, Enablement & Funnel Development Across Markets
    Organize and support quarterly product and sales training sessions with Category teams to enhance product knowledge, awareness, and mindshare across countries, while driving targeted blitz activities to generate incremental funnel opportunities regionally.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience Supporting Multi‑Country or Regional Sales Operations
    Demonstrated experience working in sales, sales enablement, business development, or related commercial roles, with exposure to multi‑country, regional, or distributed sales teams and the ability to operate effectively across different markets.

  2. Strong Analytical & Data‑Driven Mindset
    Ability to analyze sales data, pipelines, and performance metrics across countries, translate insights into actionable plans, and support ISR teams with logical, data‑backed recommendations (advanced analytics expertise is not required).

  3. Stakeholder Influence & Cross‑Cultural Collaboration Skills
    Proven capability to influence ISR teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across geographies, supported by clear communication, structured engagement, and cultural sensitivity.

  4. Execution Discipline in a Matrixed, Regional Environment
    Strong planning and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently across markets, track progress, and deliver against monthly and quarterly objectives in a fast‑paced, matrix organization.

  5. Growth Mindset & Professional Maturity
    High level of motivation, learning agility, and aspiration to grow within a regional commercial organization, combined with the maturity to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.

  6. Location & Work Arrangement Readiness(Mandatory)
    Ability to be based in the designated work location as required by the role, with readiness to support regional business responsibilities and engage with internal teams and customers across countries as part of normal job duties.
