Salary up to 5000 RM

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end tender and bidding processes for railway and related products.
  • Identify tender opportunities and review technical and commercial requirements.
  • Prepare and submit complete tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals.
  • Handle vendor registration and qualifications with government and GLC clients (ePerolehan, MOF, SSM, ISO).
  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers to obtain quotations and technical documents in English.
  • Manage tender timelines and ensure on-time submission.
  • Handle post-tender clarifications, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Maintain organized tender records and documentation.
  • Support sales, procurement, and other ad-hoc business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (Engineering background preferred).
  • 25 years of experience in tender management, procurement, or government/GLC projects.
  • Hands-on experience managing full tender cycles.
  • Familiar with government and GLC tender systems (ePerolehan, MOF, SSM is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Good written and spoken English (Chinese is an advantage).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
