Key Responsibilities

- Product P&L Management: Support Product Managers in monitoring revenue, margin, and profitability analyze performance drivers and prepare performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Financial Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses to improve PBT, yield, and cost efficiency analyze key metrics and support budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Data & Analytics: Extract, transform, and analyze large financial datasets from internal systems and datamarts to support reporting.
- Finance Datamart & Transformation: Participate in initiatives such as the Product P&L datamart define user requirements and validate financial data models and collaborate with technology teams and vendors on reporting automation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with product managers and finance leadership to provide management reporting and presentation materials.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Experience: 2 - 6 years of experience in finance or financial analysis. Experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel and financial modeling skills. Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
- Project Experience: Exposure to data or system implementation projects and experience working with technology vendors is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills, the ability to translate data into business insights, and effective stakeholder management skills.
