This established financial institution based in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Business Finance Manager to join its dynamic business.
Your new role
You will mainly be responsible for the end-to-end FP&A process, deliver management reports and insights to support decision making, and collaborate with various business unit heads to align financial performance and strategic objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you'll possess:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of strong banking experience with hands on end-to-end FP&A and management reporting.
- Strong verbal communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with multiple business units and senior heads.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capability with high attention to detail.
- Resilient and adaptable to collaborate with a large team; willing to work extended hours or weekends for ad-hoc requirements.
Good to have:
- Banking knowledge in insurance, wholesale, and retail.
- Fully qualified chartered accountant or banker.
