The impact you'll make
Joining the team is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of business process transformation and to provide essential analytical support to the Regional Business Operations team.
What You'll Do
- Development of key metric dashboard and business process improvement projects
- Required to work with cross functional team to identify challenges and opportunities to improve current business processes and reports
- Assist to prepare materials and data for business case study
- Price parity analysis and deep dive for best costed BOM for development of costed BOM analysis model with best price scale at the end of internship duration.
Who We're Looking For
- A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Internship period (preferably 6 months or longer internship program)
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in data science / IT / engineering (or any related field).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in VBA/PowerBI/SQL is a plus
- Able to communicate well in English

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
