Job Responsibilities:

Drive strategic growth of the Industrial Hire Purchase portfolio and related financial products.

Oversee full operational cycle, including credit evaluation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Build and sustain strong relationships with commercial customers, equipment vendors, and industry partners.

Expand business nationwide in alignment with corporate objectives.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing credit and marketing team.

Identify market trends and capitalize on new opportunities in leasing, term loans, and factoring.

Implement effective marketing strategies to attract SME customers and new prospects.

Ensure adherence to company policies and professional standards to mitigate risk and maintain credibility.

Achieve individual and team KPIs through performance management.

Conduct regular reviews of existing SME accounts and support collection efforts when necessary.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in credit and leasing companies or banking sector, including at least 3 years in a management role.

Strong background in banking, particularly in commercial and SME business (an added advantage).

In-depth knowledge of industrial hire purchase, consumer hire purchase, term loans, rental and leasing facilities, and factoring.

Proven ability to develop and maintain business networks with commercial customers and vendors.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Based in Kuala Lumpur with a willingness to travel nationwide.
