Business Improvement Specialist

We're Hiring: Process Improvement / Business Solutions Specialist

Location: Berjaya Industrial Park, Seksyen 32, Selangor

Range Salary : RM 5,000 - RM 7,000

We're looking for a driven professional to optimize business processes, support new customer onboarding, and improve operational efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business solutioning and manage new customer onboarding until successful implementation.

- Analyze current workflows to optimize equipment usage, layout, floor space, and manpower.

- Conduct operational forecasting for staffing, assets, and facility needs.

- Develop and implement solutions to improve cost efficiency and service levels.

- Support process design and implementation for new business pipelines from Sales/Business Solutions.

- Maintain SOPs, process mapping, manuals, and work instructions.

- Manage projects and perform financial analysis.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Supply Chain Management

• Minimum 5 years experience in logistics and/or express delivery industry (Process Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Business Solutions / Service Engineer / Business Development Engineer).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Access, and office tools.

• Solid understanding of Power BI and Excel.

• Knowledge of express logistics processes and procedures.

• Project management experience.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

•Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
