Job Summary
We are looking for a BI Developer and Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and related tools; The role involves working closely with business and data teams to understand requirements, KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power BI development including dashboards and reports creation ;
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and data quality validation;
- Experience with Azure Data Services and Databricks;
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions;
- Exposure to multiple data formats such as CSV, JSON, XML, and relational databases;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field;
- Strong communication skills in English.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate;
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and R;
- Experience with other BI tools apart from Power BI;
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements;
- Perform data analysis and implement data quality checks using SQL;
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and provide updates;
- Maintain and support BAU operations of BI solutions;
- Document best practices, standards, and development guidelines;
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reports.
