Your responsibilities:
- Lead your own network of outlets in planning & execution to improve and achieve the desired level of operational effectiveness and efficiencies
- Lead and coach outlet managers in achieving Outlet Operations KPIs, Objectives and Key Results
- Develop & train outlet managers and supervisors in all aspect of outlet operations
- Lead and manage the expansion of your area network of outlets
You are:
- 2-4 Years of experience in F&B industry specifically in Operations.
- Experience in leading a team of managers and outlets in expanding network of outlets
- Good knowledge of Google Business Suites and business software essentials
- Experience with LMS tools and e-learning development
- Fluent in BM and English
- Good research, analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player
