Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Manager based in Putrajaya, with some work from home flexibility. As a Business Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, develop financial strategies, and ensure compliance with Shariah financial principles. You will also be responsible for team leadership, performance evaluation, and implementing business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development
• Understanding of Shariah financial principles and Islamic finance
• Experience in client relationship management and business development
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Professional certification in financial planning or Islamic finance is a plus
