Role Overview

The AP REL Business Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth, business discipline, and execution excellence across the Asia Pacific REL business.

This role serves as a commercial integrator, connecting pricing, portfolio, performance management, and cross-functional execution to ensure business objectives are delivered with consistency and control.

Key Responsibilities

Business Management

  • Own business performance management for AP REL, including revenue, margin, ASP, and mix
  • Monitor business trends, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions
  • Drive and communicate REL programs (Project Arrow, Premium NB, AMD Driving, Winning in Transition, etc.) with ISO sales teams

Cross-Functional & Regional Alignment

  • Act as a key interface between Category, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing
  • Collaborate with country teams and 4P stakeholders to translate strategy into execution
  • Align regional priorities with AP-level business objectives

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Lead regular business reviews, including forecast accuracy, run-rate tracking, and gap analysis
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis using internal data to support decision-making
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Leverage external market intelligence (e.g., IDC) and internal data to assess market trends and competitive positioning
  • Translate insights into actionable business strategies and priorities

Execution & Governance

  • Drive execution rigor through clear cadence, KPI tracking, and accountability
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, targets, and in-market actions
  • Support risk identification and mitigation across the business
