Business Manager (Malaysia)
Job Responsibilities
- Business strategy and planning: Formulate and implement the annual business development plan for Malaysia market, and drive rapid growth in market share and revenue targets.
- Customer development and management: Proactively identify and visit potential corporate clients, build long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and independently take charge of negotiation and contract signing for key clients.
- Channel development: Develop, manage and support the local distributor and agent network, and provide professional training and market resources for partners.
- Market insight: Continuously track regional market trends, competitive dynamics and regulatory changes, and timely feed back to the headquarters to provide a solid basis for corporate decision-making.
- Cross-team collaboration: As the regional representative, work closely with the product, marketing and support teams of the headquarters to ensure effective fulfillment of customer needs and promote localized product improvement.
Job Requirements
- With more than 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, and proven sales track record in PC, surveillance and security industries is preferred.
- Possess excellent English communication skills, both in written and oral English.
- Have mature experience in customer and channel management, with verifiable records of successful business performance.
