Business Marketing Specialist (Direct Selling)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and business development initiatives across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.
• Coordinate customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and leadership development programs.
• Assist in organizing business events, training sessions, workshops, and recognition programs.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, digital content, and business communications across multiple channels.
• Help grow engagement with existing customers and entrepreneurs while reaching new audiences, including Gen Z and millennials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and materials.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
• Manage project timelines and provide administrative support for marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Passion for marketing, business development, community engagement, and event management.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement, particularly among Gen Z and millennials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Willingness to travel and support events, including occasional weekends.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in marketing campaigns, events, content creation, digital marketing, or related industries.
• Familiarity with community-focused marketing, sales development, data analysis, graphic design, or video editing tools.
