The impact you'll make
Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.
What You'll Do
- Custodian of critical business, operations and financial forecast reports
- Develop and transform dashboards for business data visualization to define business growth strategy and planning
- Support business units with forecasting and performance / budget / KPI target reporting.
- Support building processes / accountability system within region to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
- Maintain management information systems and compilation of statistical data (Excel or computerized). Identify and highlight discrepancies. Generate reports to facilitate management in decision-making.
- Improve forecasting working files using a variety of software packages such as VBA / Ms Tools.
- Ensure reliability, consistency and quality of all data management and reporting deliverables.
- Provide administrative support which includes using a variety of software packages e.g Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP to produce correspondence and documents and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases.
- Any other general administrative duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
Who We're Looking For
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience in business analysis, process optimization, operations and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Operations, or Project Management within an international company or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience and knowledge of Dashboard setup with Power-Bi, Power Query, VBA or programming (Visual Basic or Python or SQL)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy and under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
