Business Operations Manager

Job Description

The role oversees daily operations and business strategies of BoilerMaster East Malaysia, ensuring profitability, efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing commercial activities, strategic projects, and operations.
• Managing of P&L
• Analyzing business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Overseeing business operations, workflow administration, project coordination, and customer service.
• Managing budgets and financial performance.
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
• Manage and develop operations staff, conduct performance reviews, and build a collaborative culture

Requirements:

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, full understanding of P&L and a proven track record of managing teams and driving business results.

It may also involve working extended hours and occasional travel, depending on project needs.

Typically requiring 5–8 years of relevant experiences and skills in strategy, commercials, operations, P&L management, project management, budgeting, and data analysis. Engineering background is highly preferred.
