Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Business Operations Manager to drive sales performance, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives. This role involves coordinating sales activities, strengthening distributor relationships, preparing management reports, and enabling cross-department collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Assist in preparing, tracking, and reporting sales performance data and KPIs to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Execute annual sales plans, monitor progress, and ensure sales target completion.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with distributors, promote channel development, and enhance dealer performance.
  • Continuously optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Functional Enablement

  • Support the Regional General Manager in building and optimizing systems for brand management, channel building, logistics, and data governance.
  • Assist in preparing business presentations (PowerPoint, reports, and visual materials) for management reviews and regional meetings.
  • Coordinate internal and cross-department meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action plans.
  • Support leadership visits and organize reception activities, ensuring smooth communication and professional presentation.

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HQ and regional teams on strategic projects and performance alignment.
  • Continuously collect market and customer feedback to support business decisions.
  • Provide administrative and operational support related to sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, business operations, or marketing support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; able to prepare professional reports and presentations.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
