Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Personal Assistant located in Kuala Lumpur. The Business Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage schedules and daily diaries, assist with clerical tasks, and ensure smooth communication and coordination. The role focuses on supporting executive-level activities and ensuring operational efficiency in daily business functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Experience with Communication and Diary Management
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Strong command of written and spoken Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
