Business Planning Analyst - Shopee International Platform (Operations)

- Independently monitor and track key operations performance metrics (e.g. cancellation rate, return & refund rate) to ensure day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly
- Analyse data sets and apply data-driven models to define, size and solve any operational challenges
- Own the entire lifecycle of operations initiatives. Take total accountability from initial project kickoff, definition of charter objectives, through execution, cross-functional orchestration, and final post-mortem delivery
- Collaborate extensively with both local and regional teams for day-to-day issues and launch new initiatives to reduce cost and optimise processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or science. A master's degree is advantageous but not required
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in e-commerce, retail buying, business analytics background
- Ability to interpret data and generate key analysis that guide key decisions and attain business objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in SQL would be an advantage
- Result-oriented, team player and enjoy working in dynamic environment to drive growth
