Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in process improvement, business analysis, automation development, or related roles.
- Basic to intermediate hands-on experience in automation tools and technologies such as Microsoft Excel VBA/Macros, Python, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform (Power Automate), or similar solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand end-to-end business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, and translating business needs into practical automation solutions.
- Good understanding of AI technologies and prompt engineering, with the ability to identify opportunities to apply AI in business processes and automation initiatives
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, including Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with the ability to validate solutions against business requirements.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
