Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in process improvement, business analysis, automation development, or related roles.
Basic to intermediate hands-on experience in automation tools and technologies such as Microsoft Excel VBA/Macros, Python, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform (Power Automate), or similar solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand end-to-end business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Experience in gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, and translating business needs into practical automation solutions.
Good understanding of AI technologies and prompt engineering, with the ability to identify opportunities to apply AI in business processes and automation initiatives
Familiarity with testing methodologies, including Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with the ability to validate solutions against business requirements.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
