About the Role
We are looking for a Process Management Intern to support our team in improving and documenting internal business processes. You will get hands-on exposure to internal audits, process documentation and process improvement projects, as well as an introduction to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Internal Audit Activities
- Help plan and schedule internal audit activities across departments.
- Assist in preparing audit checklists and gathering evidence.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal audit reports.
- Support follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure completion.
Assist in Process Documentation
- Help draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Support the creation of process flowcharts and review them with process owners.
- Assist in identifying areas where processes can be improved.
Contribute to Process Improvement Projects
- Take part in process improvement initiatives by helping with data collection and simple analysis.
- Support workflow reviews and help document proposed changes.
- Assist in preparing presentations and simple reports on project progress.
Gain Exposure to AI & Automation
- Learn about how AI tools and automation can be applied to internal processes.
- Assist in simple research on new tools or technologies for process efficiency.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Management, Quality Management or a related field.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is an advantage.
- Interested in quality standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001) and process improvement.

Working Arrangements:
