This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.
- Supporting role to the Financial Controller in delivering committed financial commitment.
- Proactively Engage and Partner with the business and finance team for Process Improvement and Finance Operational Excellence.
- Support EISG Financial Forecast and Manage all Month End Related Activities.
- Support Controller in the 3-year Strategic Planning (SPR), Annual Financial Planning (PLAN), Financial Modeling for NPI, Product Transfer and any Ad-Hoc.
- Provide Detailed Analysis, Bridging and Dashboard on Business's Financial Performance Monthly and Quarterly
- Be a Compliant Guidance and Ensure Business Processes are Adhered to Company's policies (AFM), Procedures and US GAAP.
- Strong Executor and Good Follow-Up on Actionable Assignments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or professional qualification in Accountancy with 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
- Effective Communication, Strong Analytical, Good Problem Solving and Presentation Skills
- Dynamic, Meticulous, Result-Oriented and Solid Collaboration Skills
- Working Knowledge in Oracle & Microsoft Excel, OneStream and MicroStrategy will be an added advantage
