Job Description

Executing the business strategy across all business segments and aligning initiatives with the needs of operations and their customers. The role also involves managing compliance activities to ensure high levels of client and employee satisfaction

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Review SOPs of current internal and external business operations
  • Roll out improvement on protocols and procedures in ensuring business performance and productivity
  • Establish new SOPs to increase business efficiency
  • Engage with business stakeholders to brainstorm and establish better SOPs
  • Documentation of business protocols for internal reference
  • Understanding the impact of each process and constantly review and challenge current practices for process improvisation
  • Attend to inquiry raised from internal stakeholders in investigating the efficiency of current business practice and gather feedback and requirement to establish a more effective SOP

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 year of working experience in corporate, preferably MNC within BPO or shared services industry
  • Great exposure and understanding of the importance of business protocols and SOP towards business performance and productivity
  • Confidence in stakeholder management
  • Good in Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant business tools
