The role supports the development and delivery of Payment Processing and Card Issuing features, with a key focus on driving UAT/testing, feature launches, supporting BAU operations, and ensuring stable payment performance.
Job Description
- Support end-to-end product development for payment processing and card issuing features, from requirement gathering to rollout
- Own and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Evaluate / develop test cases, plan and execute testing, track defects, and ensure timely resolution before release
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders (Business, Ops, Compliance, Risk, Compliance, Finance), and external partners (banks, payment/card networks, vendors) to support feature delivery and integrations
- Collaborate with business and regional product teams to analyse and evaluate feature requests, ensuring alignment and feasibility for accurate and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Support BAU operations and incident handling, including monitoring issues, troubleshooting, and coordinating with stakeholders for resolution
- Monitor product performance (eg. success rate, failures) and support analysis for continuous improvements
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in product, fintech, payments, or related roles
- Experience in launching product features, UAT/testing, issue resolution, or operational support is strongly preferred
- Exposure to payment systems or card issuing flows, ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments is strongly preferred
- Fluent communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional local and regional stakeholders
- Proficient in English and Malay (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.
