The role is responsible for end-to-end management of Credit features, from conceptualisation, design, and roadmap planning to enhancement, rollout, and post-deployment monitoring.
Job Description
- Participate in product roadmap planning and execution, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency in product management processes aligned to business strategy
- Collaborate with business and regional product teams in Singapore and Shenzhen to analyse and evaluate feature requests, ensuring alignment and feasibility for accurate and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test cases based on business requirements, plan test schedules and resources, coordinate execution, track progress, escalate risks, and ensure clear documentation and timely resolution of defects.
- Work with Regional and Local cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery, from development through deployment.
- Prepare training materials and conduct briefings for impacted business units.
- Respond to system queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in collaboration with development and product teams.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 years of product management experience in financial services or related tech industries.
- Proven ability to launch and manage product features in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and technical concepts.
- Proficient in English and Malay (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, critical thinker with a growth mindset and strong team spirit.
- Experience in the payments industry is an advantage.
