- Facilitate the team in requirements management, system support and release management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, propose the product solutions
- Help business to complete AI solutions within Shopee platform and ensure the smooth implementations and follow up adjustments
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders and conduct necessary testings to ensure the smooth delivery of the product solutions
- Conduct data analysis to support feature prioritisation and track post-launch performance
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in any related discipline
- Must: Ability to break down complex problems into small actionables, draw insights from complex data, and design practical and scalable solutions
- Must: Ability to complete SQL and python coding for simple tasks
- Must: Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment
- Conduct data analysis to support feature prioritisation and track post-launch performance
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
