As a Business Project Coordinator / Administrator, you will work closely with the team to support them in managing the business projects and ongoing tasks post project cutover. This role reports to Digital Wealth & Platforms, Regional Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Systematically manage and control all project documentation, including the efficient creation and submission of IT Requests and Service Requests.
- Oversee the timely and accurate processing of project invoices and expenditures in alignment with budget guidelines.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) and Project Managers (PMs) tomonitor project momentumand prepare high-impact status updates forSteering Committee (Steer-co)review.
- Establish and maintain arobust repositoryfor all project records, meticulously capturing and archiving officialsign-offs and approvals.
- Own the scheduling and facilitation of critical stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes are documented.
- Execute project administrative tasks related to vendor due diligence assessments and coordinate timely contract renewals.
- Provide direct support for Quality Assurance (QA) cycles or coordinate the refinement (grooming) of user requirements and functional specifications when needed.
Education/Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Experience:
- 5 years and above experience in project support or administration within the Financial Industry.
- Demonstrated expertise, with a strong focus on the Wealth Management or Private Banking sectors.
- Proven familiarity with standard project management methodologies and tasks.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and effectively manage a high volume of competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Track record of success in supporting project delivery, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Possess an excellent command of both spoken and written English.
