1. Stakeholder Alignment & Engagement
Serve as the primary liaison between company's global/regional business teams and the implementation workstream
Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders across regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas)
Facilitate alignment sessions to reconcile regional requirements with global standardization objectives
Navigate organizational politics and competing priorities with diplomacy and firmness
2. Change Resistance Management
Proactively identify sources of resistance (cultural, procedural, territorial) across regions
Develop targeted intervention strategies for high-resistance stakeholder groups
Coach and influence senior business leaders to champion the project implementation within their teams
Address concerns transparently while maintaining momentum toward adoption goals
3. Process Harmonization & Best Practice Adoption
Lead business process workshops to define fit-to-standard approaches
Challenge legacy processes constructively and advocate for Salesforce best practices
Document and communicate agreed global process standards with regional adaptations where justified
Ensure business requirements are translated accurately into solution design inputs
4. Adoption Readiness & Enablement
Define adoption success metrics and KPIs in collaboration with business owners
Develop and execute change readiness assessments across regions
Partner with training teams to ensure enablement programs address real adoption barriers
Monitor adoption post-go-live and drive corrective actions for lagging regions
5. Governance & Communication
Establish and facilitate business governance forums (e.g., Global Process Owner meetings, Regional Change Champion networks)
Provide regular project progress updates to company's senior leadership
Escalate risks and blockers with proposed resolutions through appropriate channels
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years in business consulting, change management, or transformation leadership roles
Proven track record delivering large-scale CRM/Salesforce implementations in global, multi-regional environments
Direct experience managing change in organizations with 500+ end users across multiple countries
Lubricants, Oil & Gas, or B2B Manufacturing industry experience highly advantageous

Cultural Intelligence: Demonstrated success working across diverse cultural contexts (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
Conflict Resolution: Skilled at navigating disagreements and building consensus without compromising project objectives
Process Thinking: Strong grasp of Sales and Service processes; able to challenge and improve business workflows
Communication Excellence: Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills
Resilience: Comfortable operating in ambiguous, politically complex environments
Certifications (Preferred):
Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
PMP/PRINCE2
