Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. As a Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and generating leads. The role will require you to engage with potential clients, present tailored solutions, and drive sales to contribute to the company's objectives. You will work closely with the sales and business development team to align with the company's vision and achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Communication and Sales techniques
• Understanding of Business principles and sales-related metrics
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the coaching or training industry is advantageous
