Job Description
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies.
- Lead strategic partnerships with government agencies, major utility provider, multiple OEMs, service provider and financial institutions.
- Support project finance, syndicated financing and investment structuring for major EHV T&D and infrastructure projects.
- Identify M&A, joint venture and strategic investment opportunities.
- Represent CIWE in negotiations with banks, investors and multinational clients.
- Provide commercial leadership for cross-border projects.
- Advise senior management on international market expansion.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Travel extensively in Asia to support regional business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of international experience in corporate finance, investment banking, structured finance, project finance or strategic business development.
- Experience working with multinational financial institutions or global corporations.
- Strong knowledge of project finance, cross-border transactions and infrastructure investments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
- Willingness to undertake frequent international travel.
