Prepare daily and monthly reporting materials in relation to business process & performance.
Review current internal and external business strategies and recommend sales promotion, schemes and process enhancement to improve and expand company sales and revenue.
Provide specific business analysis, including discussion with internal department PIC and MODs to aid for decision making preparation.
Support in developing sales promotion plans and pricing schemes to improve and expand company sales and revenue.
Provide monthly sales forecast based on the past trends and new strategies implemented.
Prepare sales promotion materials for government approval submission and internal announcement.
Engage with relevant departments to address new or revised sales promotion, process and policies implementations and ensuring effective communication and coordination across the organization and ensure project completion in time.
Coordinate and support day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth execution of administrative processes.
Organize and facilitate monthly or project based meetings and the similar.
Requirements:
Degree in business or related field.

3-5 years of experience in business administration and business management.
Preferably specialized in business management, project management, sales related operation management.
Good analytical skills and good at identify issue and provide necessary solution.
Good at producing management report.
Good command in both written and oral English.
Good communication skill on both internal (inter-department) and external (end-user).
Proposal preparation in offering possibility solutions for bringing changes on business expansion.
