This is a role at the heart of our business: enabling sales and marketing to perform at their best, while keeping our operations and office running smoothly.

What youll be doing
Sales & Marketing Support
- Build targeted sales call lists and support outbound prospecting.
- Maintain CRM accuracy (HubSpot) through regular data management.
- Manage workflows and automations in the CRM to streamline processes.
- Upload and format marketing content for the website (blogs, case studies).
Office & Operations Management
- Order company merchandise, equipment, and supplies for the team.
- Organise team events and incentives.
- Keep the office fridge and essentials stocked.
- Provide general administrative support across teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What were looking for
- Experience in a support, coordination, or operations role (ideally within a fast-paced SaaS, recruitment, or tech business).
- Strong organisational skills.
- Known for getting tasks done without procrastination.
- A natural problem-solver who can balance multiple priorities.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
- Familiarity withCRM management (ideally HubSpot).
- Bonus: experience withClayor other prospecting/data tools (This is not essential).
