Job Description

Summary:

We are currently seeking a Business Support Executive specialized in Sales Order Processing to efficiently handle project-based orders and ensure smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing sales orders and related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for project-based sales orders.
  • Initiate and manage the purchase requisition process upon receiving customer orders, collaborating closely with the procurement team to fulfil necessary supplies and materials.
  • Accurately input and maintain sales order information into the company's database or relevant systems.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets or databases to track and organize all incoming orders, ensuring up-to-date and accessible records.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any special requirements, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery process.
  • Generate and submit accurate invoices to customers based on completed orders, ensuring compliance with billing and payment terms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in data entry and working with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
