Job Responsibilities:

  • Provided comprehensive administrative support to sales teams, including vendor registration, customer inquiries, and other sales-related tasks
  • Assisted the sales team in tracking and managing service orders, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction
  • Engaged with vendors to fulfill business requirements, negotiating and ensuring service delivery aligns with business needs
  • Collaborated closely with legal and compliance teams to review contracts and agreements, ensuring adherence to international standards and regulations
  • Responsible for handling administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and organized documentation systems
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent in MS Office especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated to drive for success in challenging environment
  • Detail-minded, Well-organized and high level of accuracy
  • Immediate available would be an advantage
