Business System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support manufacturing application, reporting, automation, and IT governance initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions, enhance business applications, develop reports, resolve system issues, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
• Support system enhancements, configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, reports, and data analysis
• Support labels, print views, and production-related processes
• Support documentation, ISO 27001, ISMS, audits, and CAPA activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Advanced Oracle SQL knowledge for reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis
• Basic understanding of Java programming to interpret business logic, validation rules, and existing application workflows for troubleshooting and enhancement activities
• Experience with Excel VBA, Power BI, and reporting tools is an advantage
