Business Translator AI/ML

Responsibilities:

1. Translate business requirements from functional teams into technical specifications for AI/ML projects, ensuring that the solutions developed by the CoE meet the needs of the business.

2. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and data to identify potential areas for AI/ML applications.

3. Define clear and measurable business requirements for AI/ML projects.

4. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

5. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Develop and maintain documentation including business cases, project plans, and requirements specifications.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry & experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.

3. Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms & AI/ML platforms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

4. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

7. Evaluate problems and opportunities from multiple perspectives to propose innovative solutions, adapt to changes and prioritize & detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
