Data Management & Reporting
Build, maintain, and automate operational dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Analyze data trends to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights to management.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports, systems, and dashboards.
Partner Billing & Payout Oversight
Manage partner billing and payout cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal processes.
Reconcile financial data across systems and partner records to resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with finance and partner teams to streamline and optimize billing workflows.
Ad-hoc Initiative Coordination
Support cross-departmental initiatives by preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking deliverables.
Assist in developing pitch decks, proposal slides, and presentation materials for internal and external use.
Manage timelines, communication, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of assigned initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
Proven work experience in data analysis or as a Project Manager.
Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven. Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights.
Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
Skilled at working effectively and communicating with cross functional teams across the organisation.
Equip with people management skills is advantageous.
Knowledge of logistics networks / retail networks is a bonus
