Job Summary
Buying Assistant supports the buying team to complete all administrative work, such as item master maintenance, creating routine reports, and other ad-hoc tasks
Key Responsibilities
Buying
Assist the Buyer in raising a purchase order
Creation of Item Master in the system
Ensure all prices are maintained correctly in the system
Follow up all incoming shipments with the logistics team and principals
Stocks and Promotion Planning
Assist Buyer on promotion, stocks and planogram planning
Liaise with the warehouse on all stock preparation
Work with the e-commerce team on stock allocation
Reporting & Data Analysis
Sales report
Inventory report
Sell-through report
Best sellers report
