Buying Manager (Health & Beauty)

We're looking for a dynamic Buying Manager to join our Health & Beauty division and drive growth through strategic product selection and vendor partnerships.

Job Description

As a Buying Manager, you will:

- Research and evaluate attractive product lines to meet departmental needs.

- Play a key role in vendor selection based on price, quality, distribution cost, and other factors.

- Negotiate and secure the best deals with potential vendors.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors while exploring new opportunities.

- Collaborate with line managers and other departments during planning and purchasing processes.

- Recognize and analyze future trends and consumer buying patterns to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements

We're looking for someone who brings:

- A minimum Degree in any field.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience (buying/purchasing experience in health & beauty is an advantage).

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and in teams.

- Strong organizational, numerical, and commercial awareness.
