Role Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring
alignment with business objectives while maintaining compliance with local labor laws. This role
leads end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance
management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR, people, and organizational
matters.
Drive HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and
onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and headcount budgeting.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflictresolution.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
Performance Management & Development
Oversee performance management frameworks and appraisal cycles.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
Support leadership development and succession planning.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
Support payroll accuracy and coordination with finance or external vendors.
Participate in salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive planning.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Manage HR audits, reports, and documentation.
Support visa, work permit, and employment contract processes where applicable.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
68 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and C&B.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualification
HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
Experience in a multinational or fast-growing organization.
Experience supporting new office setup or regional HR operations.
