Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative

Work with CRM systems, handle both cold and warm leads, and contribute directly to our project's growth. Training provided.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills and a high literacy rate
  • Professional or native-level proficiency in Malay and Tamil is required
  • A high-performance computer, as well as a stable Internet connection
  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer support, or related fields will be a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle cold and warm leads, including lead generation and prospecting
  • Work with CRM systems to manage and track leads
  • Conduct cold calls to potential partners
  • Support product development
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed
  • Assist with reporting and documentation
