We are looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative
Work with CRM systems, handle both cold and warm leads, and contribute directly to our project's growth. Training provided.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills and a high literacy rate
- Professional or native-level proficiency in Malay and Tamil is required
- A high-performance computer, as well as a stable Internet connection
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer support, or related fields will be a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle cold and warm leads, including lead generation and prospecting
- Work with CRM systems to manage and track leads
- Conduct cold calls to potential partners
- Support product development
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Assist with reporting and documentation
