SUMMARY: Responsible for delivering excellent customer service through effective handling of inbound and outbound calls. Overseeing call center operations, ensuring service excellence, and driving continuous improvement in customer interactions. This role provides leadership, coaching, and quality monitoring to uplift agent performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and support organizational goals such as TNPS improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Education: High school diploma/Graduate in Business Administration Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant email handling/customer service and insurance background.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Experience in insurance industries
2. Good command of verbal communication.
3. Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin
4. Must be patient and have a polite personality with ability to handle difficult and emotional customers from different background.
5. Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
6. PC literate (Ms Office)
