Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre Executive based in Shah Alam. The Call Centre Executive will handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide exceptional customer service, manage customer support requests, and assist in resolving issues effectively. The role involves working in a fast-paced contact center environment and will require addressing customer needs both efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with Contact Centers and related processes
  • Basic knowledge of Sales techniques and customer interactions
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a diploma or degree is a plus
