Role Overview
As part of the Promotions team, you'll manage the endtoend lifecycle of marketing promotionsfrom planning and execution to tracking and simple performance analysis. You'll own the optin application process, collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, and support clients to ensure promotions run smoothly and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Be the subjectmatter expert: Understand the mechanics, eligibility, and T&Cs of each promotion.
- Own endtoend execution: Plan timelines, coordinate assets and approvals, set up and QA campaigns, launch, monitor, and close with learning.
- Run the operations: Manage the optin application workflow, compile and validate data, and coordinate processing with internal teams.
- Support our clients: Handle and resolve client inquiries and issues related to promotions, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed.
- Track & report: Maintain the promotions tracker, ensure ontime delivery, and produce summary reports with simple effectiveness analysis and recommendations.
- Contribute as needed: Take on adhoc tasks that keep the team and campaigns moving.
Requirements
Experience & background:
- 3 years experience in campaign management or marketing operations, owning end-to-end execution (planning, QA, launch, tracking, and post-mortems).
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders from China and Taiwan.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Solid project management: prioritise effectively, manage timelines, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solver with both operational rigour and strategic thinking.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy; comfortable with basic performance analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables) and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a growth mindset; eager to learn new tools and skills.
