Campaign Executive

Salt Talent Search is looking for Merchant Onboarding Specialist for a 6 months extendable contract role

What you'll do:

• Assist newly onboarded sellers with outreach, onboarding, and early-stage support.
• Drive seller registration and participation in platform campaigns and key programs.
• Enhance sales and content performance for both mass-market sellers through scalable initiatives and high-potential sellers through tailored guidance.
• Monitor seller progress and gather feedback to continuously improve training and support.
• Create simple, engaging materials to support seller programs and campaigns as needed.
• Present key platform projects and handle daily or ad hoc tasks assigned by the Acquisition/Incubation Manager

Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with2 to 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, brand management, or seller support.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, livestreaming, and video content.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to stay organized and deliver results under pressure.
• Basic design skills, comfortable using Canva or Figma, and able to create short videos.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential
