Overview:
Campaign Management System (CMS) Consultant is responsible for the delivery of complex Campaign/Marketing solutions to enable the business to define, deploy, measure and optimize campaign and marketing activities across the organization. Works with multidisciplinary teams within the organization to understand, analyze, & refine the campaign/marketing application to fulfill the business needs. Subject matter advisor and may serve as a point of escalation and become actively involved to meet schedules and resolve problems in relation to the campaign/ marketing applications. This role reports to the Team Lead of Campaign Management.
Responsibilities:
Manage issues proactively including timely resolution and identification of long term remediation opportunities.
Identify and resolve systemic issues to prevent them from repeating.
Ensure delivery against agreed upon SLAs and overall service delivery of campaign/marketing applications.
Understand short and long term goal and objectives to recommend technical solutions and services.
Participates in and contributes to the development of technical/business approaches and/or the recommendation of current system enhancements.
Understand the underlying technologies and applications utilized within specified area of responsibility to direct how to design, develop, test, and implement priority technology requirements.
Developing strategies and roadmaps for Campaign/Marketing application solution/platform.
Designing and implementing the organization's Campaign/Marketing Platform operational procedures.
Perform impact study of new enhancements to existing campaign/marketing applications processes
Analyze & consolidate business requirement & develop functional specification design
Manage & coordinate the overall development, SIT, UAT & Implementation efforts of major projects to deliver technical solutions & ensure business & technical requirements are met within project timelines.
Oversee progress of campaign/marketing projects, change requests & problem resolution for the section
Monitor the technical tasks & ensure deliverables are delivered within the project timeline
Tracking and communication of key milestone status to Head of Department.
Assist the Campaign lead on coordinating team assignment & activities
Provide technical training to equip & uplift the skills of the team members
Provide knowledge transfer on new projects for BAU support.
Work with Business PM and Business Users, IT PM & team members to define & support Business UAT scope & detail test cases & work out detail breakdown of schedules.
Ensure that all processes & governance are adhered to.
Develop overall campaign/marketing application process, technical, functional & programmers specification
Develop and manage the project timeline for campaign/marketing application projects.
Prepare documentation to ensure all change management, release management & governance processes are adhered to.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with IT focus
Malaysian citizen
3 years or more of experience in delivering Campaign/Marketing applications (preferably in Financial Services)
Experience in SAS CI360, SAS 9.4 platfrom, Salesforce CRM, Tableau is a major plus
Background in Python, SAS Base programming, or other languages used for complex data manipulation.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for relational database querying and data modeling.
Strong working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration methodologies.
