Business Unit/ Role Specific Info

Global Commercial Credit (GCC) works on multiple integration and analytical projects from conceptualization through to implementation. The APAC Commercial Credit team is responsible for Call & Collect activities across commercial and merchant products while delivering exceptional customer experience. The team manages high-balance portfolios involving high-risk exposure for both clients and merchants, conducts financial-gathering reviews related to insolvency matters and risk-rating alerts, and supports Credit Bust Out commercial investigative efforts to recover in-house exposure linked to corporate card usage abuse

As a Project Analyst you will be partnering with the operations team & the strategy integration team in contributing to developing meaningful strategies to drive our goals, establish & demonstrate strong working relationships with project partners (Operations, Capabilities, Compliance, Risk), seamlessly integrate changes into our production teams with potentially negative impacts minimized, and opportunities to realise expected benefits maximized.

. Contribute to initiatives linked to customer data, shareholder data, and key business metrics

. Assist in projects related to compliance, governance, and process-flow enhancements

Qualifications & Skills

. Articulative in spoken & written communications

. Preferred degree of studies: Business Management, Business Analytics

Additional Information:

  • Year of study: Bachelors - penultimate or final year of study

This internship requires you to be available for a period of 6 months.
