Role Overview

Due to ongoing expansion we are currently looking to seeking dynamic and aspirational individuals to join our Malaysia office, supporting Singapore/ Malaysia clients. As Candidate Manager you act as a talent conduit for our top key accounts in Singapore you will work collaboratively with Singapore Account Managers in end-to-end talent mapping / headhunting / sourcing projects, to identify and secure the best talents to support our clients talent endeavours.

Role & Responsibilities:

Fulfilling time-sensitive hiring requests delegated by the manager.

Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to various recruitment needs.

Learn and master relationship workflows while developing business acumen, time management skills, professionalism, and communication skills.

Source, contact, and pitch to relevant candidates for our clients&apos hiring projects using effective sales and recruiting techniques in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Expand the company Network by strategically recruiting key leaders through recruiting campaigns, leveraging professional lists, trade and business associations, and referrals.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of industry coverage to improve service speed and quality and stay updated on relevant industry trends affecting recruitment and client servicing.

Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent

The ideal candidate comes with at least 2-3 years of work experience in

o recruitment / talent sourcing / human resources OR

o sales / business development / account servicing OR

o hotel / hospitality / retail / customer service / aviation

Excellent communication and interaction skills, with proven oral, written, and presentation abilities in a business setting across multiple communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.)

Proven commitment to deliver, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills

Experience in working with clients and candidates from the Manager level to Director and C-level

Passion for recruiting, sales, and/or conversation, with a successful track record in recruitment or outreach preferred

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
