Company Description Kalam CX is a subsidiary of Future Group, established in 1994. Future Group provides translation, localization, and interpretation services; however, Kalam CX is dedicated to interpretation.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Interpreter. The Interpreter will provide real-time oral language interpretation between clients, partners, and internal teams in various settings such as virtual meetings, calls, and webinars. Daily tasks include listening carefully to spoken communication, accurately conveying meaning and tone in the target language, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. The role may involve preparing by reviewing reference materials and glossaries, clarifying terminology with stakeholders, and collaborating with project coordinators to ensure smooth communication workflows. The Interpreter will also document key information when required, follow client-specific guidelines, and use digital tools and platforms to deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive interpretation services.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in at least two languages, with excellent oral communication and listening skills.
• Ability to convey meaning, tone, and cultural nuance accurately and neutrally.
• Comfort working with remote collaboration tools, video-conferencing platforms, and digital communication systems.
• Experience working with multicultural teams or in international contexts is an advantage.
