Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Reservation Management: Assist customers in making reservations via phone, email, or live-chat. Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and policies.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. Resolve issues related to booking errors, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Fresh-graduate welcome (SPM welcome), high school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Customer service experience preferred but not compulsory.
  • Skills & Experience: Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin & Cantonese (verbal and written). Cantonese language is compulsory. English must have C1 level.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including MS Office and online communication tools.
  • Willing relocate at George Town.
  • Willing work in Rotational Shift.
